ATTORNEY PROFILE

Mark Spence has practiced law in West Pasco County since 1981.  After graduating from a Pasco County high school he attended
Wabash College in Indiana and received his degree in 1978.  He received his law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1981.  Mark has practiced law in Pasco County for the past 30 years.  His general practice law firm emphasizes injury law, bankruptcy law and construction law litigation.  Over the course of 30 years, Mark has litigated and tried cases in both State and Federal Courts.  He has also represented Debtors, Creditors and Bankruptcy Trustees in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida.

In addition to his law practice Mark has been active in the local community.  He is a past Board Member of both Youth and Family Alternatives and Gulfside Regional Hospice.

Mark has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1981.  He has been admitted to practice in the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Florida since 1982 and is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.

Mark is a member and past President of the
West Pasco Bar Association, a member of the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute,  The National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, and the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees.
